- By using this website or app, registering, and booking appointments you agree that you have read our Terms & Conditions fully and agree to these T&Cs
- Currency used is US Dollars
- Funds are automatically withdrawn on the first day of the month from the credit card provided
- Monthly fee: $19.99 + applicable taxes; monthly fee is subject to change without notice, however, will remain unchanged for the minimum contract period of 12 months
- Minimum contract is for 12 months from the date of the first payment
- All fees are non-refundable, and the contract is non-cancellable until the 12-month period has expired
- After the first 12-month contract, you must give us a notice of three (3) months before canceling the contract
Conduct
- All clients are expected to act respectfully and responsibly with members of CastingIQ staff and other clients
- You are not allowed to share your information with other clients, talent directors, managers, representatives, etc. with the written consent of CastingIQ
- All images (copyright or not) provided to us will be owned by CastingIQ."
Additional terms and conditions
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
We accept online payments for purchases as specified at the point of payment. Your payment method will be charged as stated at the point of purchase. If you have selected a payment plan, you agree to the payment plan as stated at the point of purchase. All prices reflect the cost in U.S. Dollars.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you select, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CastingIQ and any of its representatives from any loss or damages incurred from any misrepresentation of the above.
Clients on payment plans will have their payments processed on the first day of the month unless the first of the month falls on a weekend or a Canadian bank holiday. In those cases, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
If the Client’s card is declined, Company will notify the Client and the Client will have a 24-hour grace period to resolve the issue. The company will attempt to collect the payment again on the third day of the month.
While we strive to provide the most accurate information available, we reserve the right to dismiss any unintended offers created because of an error on our part. If you are charged for a purchase deemed to be inaccurate, you will be notified and receive a credit for the charged amount.
Communications, Content, and External Site Links
Users may submit suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false email address or give any form of misleading information as to the content’s origin. We reserve the right to remove any such content. We are neither responsible nor liable for any content posted by you or a third party.
All emails, content posted, and any submitted material sent to the email addresses of CastingIQ.com or CastingIQ.ca become the property of CastingIQ. You agree that anything sent to Us by you is something to which you own the rights and that you grant Us the rights to use such information.
All of our Site content and products are proprietary and the sole property of CastingIQ. Modifications, recordings, reproductions, or duplications of any of our Site material or products are NOT allowed. You are not allowed to use any of our materials for the training of others or for financial gain whatsoever. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against anyone who violates these terms.
If parties other than CastingIQ offer products on our sites, we provide links to those sites; however, we are not responsible for examining or evaluating those sites, and we do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. Links to third-party websites do not imply CastingIQ ’s sponsorship or endorsement of those sites or products. Your use of such websites is at your own risk, and you should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.
User Age Discretion
This Site and CastingIQ products are for users who are at least 18 years of age. You agree that you will disclose your age if you are under 18 years of age before purchasing any products or coaching services. CastingIQ is not liable in any way, including financially, for any products or services, or contracts signed if you are personally responsible for loss due to misrepresentation of your age.
Trademarks
CastingIQ is trademarked and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not part of CastingIQ in any manner that is likely to confuse clients, or in any manner that disparages or discredits CastingIQ. Any other trademarks that appear on our Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by CastingIQ.
Limitation of Liability: You agree to hold CastingIQ and any of its representatives harmless from any losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or related to the Site, content, or related services, including but not limited to: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of CastingIQ that may cause the Site or services to be disrupted or corrupted; (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of your use of the Site, content or related services. This includes any attorney’s fees and costs related to the defense of any claim related to Casting IQ or any of its products, services, or representatives. All Site content and all products are considered “as are” and do not carry warranties of any kind.
General Provisions: You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States and Canada or the country in which you reside. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of or with parties found on or through the Website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations applicable to such dealings, are solely between you and such parties. These Terms and Conditions are governed in all respects by the laws of the Province of Ontario as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Ontario between Ontario residents. You agree that any legal proceedings related to any matters herein shall be brought in and adjudicated solely in the courts of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. Both parties consent to extra-territorial service of process and submit to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
If CastingIQ fails to act on a breach by you or others, this does not waive its right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches. These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior proposals, discussions, or agreements with respect thereto. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
